By accessing or using StillShield's website, application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). StillShield provides digital safety and privacy protection services, including but not limited to spam and scam call detection, phishing exposure monitoring, privacy risk assessment, and the Still Score — a personal digital safety rating. Our Services are designed to help everyday people navigate the digital world with greater confidence and calm.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using StillShield, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Accounts & Waitlist

When you join our waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. StillShield reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the StillShield Services — including but not limited to the StillShield name, logo, Still Score, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by StillShield and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. StillShield does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we work hard to protect your digital safety, we cannot guarantee that our Services will detect or prevent all threats.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StillShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy
